I absolutely cannot say enough about this place. I bought an incredible 2007 Harley Sportster from the boys a few weeks ago and from beginning to end their service was nothing short of phenomenal. Jake on the front end of things who sold me my bike made sure it was a bike that I not only looked good on but was safe and comfortable riding. If you want incredible customer service Jake is your guy. Not only does he knows bikes, he actually care that his customers leave happy. If your used to people trying to sell you something Jake is the complete opposite. It's rare to find such a top notch guy in life let alone in sales. About a week after I bought my bike I decided I wanted to add on some parts ( i know commitment issues) and after calling into Steph who handles the reception end of things I was able to come in within the week to a scheduled appointment with Rob and the boys in the back who fix, repair, tinker, and make beautiful your bike. If you need an oil change or want to modify handle bars or just take her in for a tune up Rob is your guy. Same as Jake, Rob is a straight shooter honest and knows what's he's doing. And if he doesn't have the part he knows where to get. Can't say enough about my experience with these guys, I live in LA and I would never take my bike to anyone else. These guys are the best!!!

Great customer service worked around my schedule kept me updated throught the whole process and had both my motorcycle ready asap. Will definitely be going back for any service needs.

I've been to this place three times now and this review is far overdue! To make a long review short and sweet in my opinion on each of the three times I have been here with my 09 Honda CBR600RR they have shown me the warmest of welcomes and courteous services between helping me find the right tires at the right price or getting everything done right with no hassle and a smile from the staff makes Quick Shift my choice by far! Love these guys and gals always ready to come back to talk shop or get going on the next upgrade! if you are looking for quality service with a cool shop to chill at while waiting on your ride this place is the best! Thanks again to Stephanie in the parts department and jason for talking shop with me stay safe all of you and I'll be back again soon!
i never leave reviews but i bought a bike from here back in august and its given me nothing but problems since....had to entirely replace the wiring harness because their were so many shorts in the bikes electrical system...nice guys but terrible experience after leaving.......... edit: it won't let me reply so i guess i'll just edit my comment....i appreciate the response but it doesn't do anything to rectify my current situation, i live out of town so it didn't make sense to get the warranty as i wasn't going to drive 4 hours to get it repaired by you guys...if you really mean what you say you should cover the cost of the new wiring system because it was completely shot and you said the bike was in perfect running condition when that was just not true
Only place in HB that had good tires on a Saturday afternoon, called 7 local places..tried to stay away from pricey dealerships..Stephanie totally took great care of me..even though I called for a possible reschedule due to my inability to get my rear tire off..quick and priced competitively..good shop!
