Petco is great. The appt concierge/host was less than helpful. His tone was a little off and there wasn't much customer service. Just an interaction. The other host and vet(s) and cashier were awesome full of information asked and answered questions. Provided great service. Thank you.

It was uneventful and fast. Easy to find parking out front (not sure if you guys have a parking lot in this location). I did go on a weekday however. In and out and done in less than 3 minutes.
Place my order online and pick it up within 30 min!! So easy! Staff here is great!
