There has been a lot of changes at the warehouse here lately. There has been a new 40,000 square foot warehouse that has been built with another 9 dock doors for easy loading and unloading. They are also doing some remodelling on the outside of the old warehouse and adding new dock locks for safety. Adding signs on the outside of the docks and around the facility so that there is no confusion on what and where to go. If you are coming Into the warehouse to get loaded please enter from Radio road or county Rd 900 N . Go left on 6th street or county Rd 550 E . Then you will see the warehouse on the left. Take the left pull onto the scale for your Inbound weight. Stay there until you get the green light. Pull up to the concrete pad and check into the shipping office next to door 1. From there the guys in the office where tell you where you need to get loaded or unload. They usually are pretty quick and the employees are very friendly and professional. These guys do this everyday. Don’t forget to thank them for loading or unloading you. Then they will come get you when you are loaded or unloaded. Then they will have you pull forward seal the truck sign paperwork and , then they will want an outbound weight on the scale. When you get the green light you are out of here and on your way making money and dreams come true. Thank you SEM Minerals LP

Nice people, wait on a dock to open for 1hr. Then 3hr plus to get loaded, lot is muddy dirty, red dust everywhere,might can park overnight, outside potty, no on street parking, vending place get very busy a bunch of trucks parking anywhere to fit in.

Great place. Easy in, easy out.
Easy place to find. You have to weigh in on the scale at the north end of the building. After you get the green light, pull off the scale and go in the walk in door of the warehouse to the right. You are supposed to weigh or as well. The people were professional and to the point. Unloading took about 10 minutes ounce they started doing it. Over all its not a bad place to unload.
