Arrival time changed without any consideration of customer's time. This has happened on several occasions. They are great once they arrive, get in and out, very informative with regards to the unit. Rhonda is professional, good to speak with regarding payment, scheduling, and any other issue with regard to service.

One of our A/C units was not functioning correctly, So I looked at reviews here on Google and decided to try Dave's company. I was able to set an appointment time and date (next day) online, text messages were received to confirm the appointment and that he was on his way. Turned up on time was professional and found the issue quickly. I will use them again without a doubt.

Thank you for the maintenance package agreement! I loved getting a text letting me know the technician was on his way. Dave’s Heat and Air is so friendly and I appreciate them cleaning my outside unit and filter replacement. I’m so happy I don’t have to get up in the attic to do it. They put in a top of the line unit a few years back and I love it!
