I've bought several items from Quinn over the last few years. Without exception, the prices were great, shipping was fast, and the product quality was excellent. They have also answered my questions promptly. They are great to deal with both directly and via eBay. It's a first- rate company.

Ordered on a Sunday, received on a Tuesday (Traveled less then 60 miles). Yamaha Tenor sax that was reportedly "Mint" condition. I'm not fully convinced it wasn't actually brand new. Absolutely beautiful and flawless. I didn't have any interaction with the staff, as everything was so smooth I didn't need to. Bookmarked the website for future purchases.

Super helpful and friendly staff! My daughter dropped her trumpet and the mouth piece would no longer come out. The staff at Quinn the Eskimo fixed it for free, even going so far as to clean it and replace a key as needed! All on the house, all in an hour! I could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommend!!

Bought a Bass trombone for my son on-line. Store model in excellent condition! Came in a beautiful padded case, included the mouthpiece, cleaning cloth, slide cream, carrying straps. Shipping was fast and it was wrapped well, labeled fragile, arrived in perfect shape. Super price and excellent instrument! No mote renting for us!

Quinn the Eskimo are very dishonest . I bought an expensive instrument that was supposed to be "ready to play" and when I got it it turned out to be cracked in many places! Contrary to their announcements, they did not even give up a part of the money.
