Quirk was great to deal with. Phenomenal pricing on the new 2021 Bolt. The entire process was a breeze. All but the delivery done remotely, for pandemic purposes. Marianne DeOliveira did a really great job helping walk me through the process. She was polite, professional and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Best Car Buying experience ever! I did the entire process over the phone and it was seamless. Marianne was my contact person and she was straightforward, pleasant and gave me a great deal. Most importantly she was honest, and delivered on all her commitments. Lastly when I picked up the car we were greeted by Marianne, the car was beautifully detailed and had a full tank of Gas. Impressive!

Had a great experience with Marianne in the internet sales department up until the delivery, where I found that the all weather floor mats that were supposed to be included with the purchase had not been ordered. No problem , they would ship them directly to me. After several weeks, two emails and a phone call I still do not have the floor mats I purchased. Hard to trust a dealership that does not deliver what is promised , then dodges all contact after the sale.
