I've had scales for a number of years and have always had them serviced. Recently, I called R & R Scales. I spoke with Jerry and let him know the issue. Jerry was able to get me taken care of quickly. A knowledgeable technician showed up and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes once he got there. I have dealt with other scale companies and let me tell you, I had been led to believe that "the other" scale companies didn't know what to do and they were inferior. That is not the case. I am now a new customer of R & R Scales because they are friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing was right. R & R Scales is a great scale company!

Look, these guys are professional and knowledgeable. Used them for years. Quick and efficient. All the staff is friendly, from the office to the technicians and owners. Will work hard and for fair prices.
Had an encounter with these scale guys. They are outstanding at customer service. I wasn’t a customer of theirs. I switched to them after this service call. They got to me right away and their prices are really nice. Thank you R & R! Will be calling them from now on.
