I have worked at R&R Tool, Inc. for 6 years so far and every year it gets better and better. The employees here are very friendly and easy to work with. The pay and environment are both great. I always recommend R&R Tool to friends who are looking for work.

Younger employee named Tyler with the longer hair had awful attitude and lackluster customer service during my stop at R&R yesterday on lunch break. Watched him talk to a few customers in front of me in a condescending manner as well.
I have done business with R & R for many years. Dealing with them you get more than just a machine source but rather a full service engineering group. Their philosophy is to make sure you get value for your money so you can grow your business. I have purchased a variety of products from them including aerospace components, consumer products and medical. In addition they are our single stop for metal working tooling. Great office staff with good support and very professional. I recommend them personally to all my friends in the industry.
I worked here for 6 months and I learned that this is a very unprofessional place. I was going to leave for a better employment opportunity, so I was going to give my 2 weeks notice. Then a co worker informed me that they would fire me the day I try to give them my 2 weeks. So I was going to wait. The owner heard a rumor that I was leave and fired me. They treated us as employees, pretty poorly. Health insurance through this company? You would SAVE money if you didn't take it and payed the fee when u filed taxes. For a family on their plan it's over 300 a week, yes a week. If you are thinking about working for this company, dont! Just to clarify though the co workers are cool and most the supervisors are as well, but the business and professionalism side of this company is a joke.
