This would have been zero stars if they allowed me to post it, however they don’t of course. Worst place since the the manager namedShayla has taken over, she is very rude and unprofessional . I will never purchase another item period. Tried paying off my account and was told I couldn't unless I came in. I am a truck driver who is away from home and cannot just run down to pay it off in person. I feel this is a scam to charge more interest to people. I would advise any buyer to beware of the Tigard Or location. I have asked to speak with someone higher up than Shayla and they refused to give me any contact info. They told me they would have someone contact me, well it’s been a year and no contact has ever been attempted by them. I am completely flabbergasted and don’t understand their customer service policies.
