We really like Or high-speed Internet and phone service and TV we were direct customers before fios/ Verizon on our bill is cut in half.. no more of the Verizon FiOS game of your phones of run over and you’re getting double billed charged. I really enjoy having to 209.00 bill for all three a month

I have had Race communications for the past 3 years. I have the high speed internet and the home phone service and I have had absolutely no issues with either. I really like the service.

I have had Race for internet and phone service for 2 years and have never had a problem. They were quick and responsive to set-up service when I moved in. Last year i needed them to come out and move the wifi modem which required some rewiring, and they came out and finished the work within a couple of weeks. We run a few computers, 2 phones, a printer and a TV on the wifi. Good value for the speed. The price is better and the internet speed is better than when I lived in LA with AT&T.

Affordable, fastest available, and a godsend for rural areas that have few options.

Their equipment has outdated functionalities leaving their users completely vulnerable . The firewall basically has to be completely disabled in order have any device work on the network properly . Security should be the number 1 concern these days . When i ordered their service they had me keep the old device that the previous tenant rented from them . Who does that ? Its fiber but cant ever receive the speeds i pay for . 1G? More like 500mbps . Unacceptable .
