Christmas Eve we had no water called breaker pump they came out that Sunday didn't charge us for the Sunday hours replace the pump and the well motor can't say enough about ben and John it's nice to know there's people out there that still care and that's only in it for the money

Amazing service! We woke up to no water. Bracker Pump and Well Service was out to our home within an hour and were able to give a detailed explanation of the issue and how they were going to fix it. We found ourselves suddenly without water and called Bracker Pump and Well Service. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem which ended up being a leak outside in the pipe leading from the well. They were able to replace the pipe, pump, and tank as well as diagnose an additional electrical issue we had. We will use Bracker Pump and Well Service for any future well issues.
After dealing with the frustration of trying to rid our well water of coliform (a bacteria) for more than 2-1/2 months (using a different company), we called in Bracker Pump & Well Services. Bracker Pump & Well accomplished in one treatment, albeit a bit more intense, what the original company couldn’t accomplish in three! The coliform was destroyed, and we once again could use our well water with confidence. Ben was wonderful – fitting us into his busy schedule, explaining everything he intended to do, and when all was said and done, we felt confident we now have a new company on whom we can call whenever we have issues with our well. Thank you Ben (and Seth) for taking such good care of us, of saving our yard from turning into a lake (or a pond, at the very least), and being willing to take on what was, for us, a frustrating, aggravating situation.
