Always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them for any rental needs you may have. Have used them twice for tool rentals and have not been disappointed.
They were helpful overall. We used them for a wedding. They gave us a quote first and had everything we needed for a decent price. However, on pickup day, they did not have the chairs ready to be loaded in the quantity we asked for, so we had to manually grab and count stacks of chairs (ended up being one shy, which we couldn't prove that it was us or them, so we had to pay for the missing chair). Also, we rented two larger standing fans, but what we were given were not kept in good shape - rusty and rickety - with no speed variation (which was not communicated). Ended up not using one of them because it was too loud and strong. Would have been avoided if their website was of better quality as well. No descriptions of products or prices and has poor quality photos. However, the Table linens were nice and all the correct size and quantity. So overall, we made it work and it was a nice day, but we would have preferred a little more professionalism from General Rental overall.
