Great place to take the family. Great scenery along the lake. Golf in the summer and snow shoe and cross country in the winter

Very pretty at sunset. One of the on duty officers informed us that they offer tours once or twice a month but you have to schedule ahead of time. There's a couple of picnic tables and there's wide open views of the lake. Make sure to drive the speed limit around the neighborhood, the police are very strict on maintaining the safety of all the pedestrians that use the roads.

Got a \socially distant\ tour of the lighthouse during sunset. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful caretakers! I'm so glad that the waterfront is open to the public!

Great family spot. Shells in the rocks, beautiful views and a great little history lesson. The Coast Guard staff and local team members do a great job with the maintenance and landscaping. Little kids will get a kick out of searching the adjacent treeline for golf balls from the course.

The lighthouse is not available for tours since it is operational and run by the coast guard. It is such a pleasant place to sit and relax at the memorial garden and watch the water break against the rocks. Great lake view.
