Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.. would NEVER recommend to anyone! Nothing but issues with my car since I purchased it. (I also purchased a 6,000 warranty.. 2 years later they still will not fix the issues. Finally after them taking it back to take care of the issues.. we don’t get it back for two months! When I demanded them give my car back after all that time all they had done was fixed my stereo screen. Then when we opened the door there were two pieces of the car in the floorboard! We’re contacting the BBB and a lawyer.

My wife and I stopped by after leaving another nearby dealership that was stuffy and seemed to care less about our business. Wow! What a difference! Our salesman Gerald Blount was friendly, respectful and attentive. We took a test drive and went inside to talk numbers. Of course there is the same dealership dance everywhere, but these guys were pleasant to deal with and really seemed to value our business. The mood was light and easy. We ended up getting the car we wanted at a great price. Swope Mitsubishi will be my first stop for our next purchase!
Well where to start...I guess with the salesman Errond Nicest guy you could ever want to work with was out the door taking care of us and really wanted to take care if our needs. Next is the Manager Steve he took care of us after the sale like no other car dealership we have been to did more than we really could have expected. My wife is finally happy with her New Eclipse Cross ....ThanksTo Errond ,Steve and the rest of the guys at Swope Mitsubishi!
