Wonderful place. Very good pricing and professional service. My 7.3 idi had a crack at the cap and they repaired it beautifully. Along with a good overall coverage of all my fluids and lights before I picked it up. Would highly recommend this place! Thank you

The experience was pleasant and Shawn is easy to work with. He's only one guy and manages a shop with multiple repairs going on at the same time. However, patience is key and it needs to be stated that good customers get better results than those who want something fixed quickly and for a cheap price. If you're set on repairing a radiator, understand that complete repairs are hard to predict and the cost of labor can vary depending how much damage is encountered. If you cannot get a replacement, repair is the only option. However, if you can replace and repair isn't economical, you should replace.

Please stay away from this shop! My co worker took In her vehicle for a simple repair and was Slapped in the face with a bill over 2grand without even letting her know the process and an estimate. Some Mother’s Day she enjoyed.

******* Warning! *******Shop here at your own discretion! ********* Here is a detailed experience in my dealings with “The Radiator Shop Inc”: 8-4: Paid 200.00 when radiator was dropped off at shop and told it would be done in 8-10 days 8-6: Called to check status, no-one answered. 8-8: The shop called 2days after that requesting an additional 800.00 for a replacement core which I paid the same day. 8-19: Called the shop and was told it would be ready tomorrow. 8-20: Went to pick it up and shop was locked up and no one answered When I called, so I left message. Called again 2 hours later, again no one answered. 8-21: Called shop, argument about it not being ready. Was told it would be ready by 5pm tomorrow and I could pick it then. 8-22: When I arrived at 5pm the shop, again, was closed. After knocking on the door I took picture of the storefront. Called them, and again, no one answered, so l left another message. 8-23: Stopped by shop, locked, no answer to knock. Called shop, no one answered, I left message. Called again, Shawn told me it was not ready but would be by 10am tomorrow (a Saturday) for me to pick up. 8-24: Went there at 10am, shop closed, no answer to my knock, called them from my wife’s phone, no one answered, left another message. Called them an hour later, no one answered, left message. Called them again another hour later, still no answer. Now my wife is talking of filing a small claim against them for deceptive practices, return of radiator, and return of monies paid. This way maybe we can take it to a reputable repair shop.

Shop called to tell us part was fixed and when we went there to pick it up, the place was closed during their posted business hours. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone or call me back for days. Scheduled a time to come pick it up, same thing again. And couldn’t get anyone to call me back. On the third time (at this point going into week 4), they were open but part wasn’t actually done. Said it would be 30 minutes. Came back doors were locked, finally got in... and after waiting 2.5 more hours - got my part back. But it wasn’t fixed. Still broken and a waste of a lot of time and money. Don’t go here.

Brought my mother in laws car to “the radiator shop” and they tried to charge us for a ton of stuff that was totally unnecessary. Total was over 1600. When I got the quote I read their reviews and decided to cut our losses at the 130 diagnostic fee. I brought it to RPM auto and they did the water pump and thermostat for 650. Bullet dodged. I’d highly recommend avoiding the radiator shop.
