The place for the community. It's attracting the LGBT community from all over the city. Great hang out places- restaurants and stores to make connections. The rainbow crossroads are really beautiful. A happening street at nights. I will recommend taking your LGBT friends here and they love it. Check out the cookie store at the corner !

It honors those that have fought for LGBTQ rights throughout the years. You will find plaques on the sidewalks throughout the district with many along Castro Street around 18th. In addition, they have created colorful Rainbow Crosswalks in all four directions at the corner of Castro and 18th Street.

A lively walk full of remembrance and while it is a fun area now it was very humbling to see where a movement began. We mustn't forget and keep moving forward. Nothing but love.
