Liberty mutual said first step was to have water mitigation company to come out and before reaching out to any company on my own, rainbow said they were on their way. Alan got here and had his phone for signing documents and said insurance would cover what he was about to do. After a month had gone by, I got a bill and Alan said that deductible was too high to cover so I wonder how he automatically knew when he walked in that his work would be covered. He didn't but he would've said anything to get a signature for the agreement that was on his phone. I will be finding a new insurance company as they aren't supposed to mandate use of a certain company for repairs and I certainly won't use Rainbow as I was misinformed. Take my advice and go rent some fans and a dehumidifier and save 1000. I know I certainly will. In response to your response, how did you automatically assume your work would exceed the deductible to be able to say your work would be covered when you first came into my home? You wouldn't but at the time you had me sign (my bad for not reading) you said they would cover it. They didn't so your next option would be to come to me for payment. You did say something to my wife when you picked up the fans that you would work with us if the insurance co wouldn't cover which again was a diff story from what you told me. When we talked about the offer you made to work with us after we received a bill blindly, your offer was 50-100 off (can't remember exactly) but it was hardly "working with us". They have 1 good review and the rest are not so good so let that speak for itself. I'm in the wrong business that's for sure.

Was able to see first hand the before and after as it was being cleaned. It was night and day as I watched the sweeper go back and forth and erase layers of filth! The carpets looked better than they did when we moved in two years ago! Friendly service and quick. No hassle! Will call again. Thanks guys!

During one school holiday when we were experiencing very low temperatures, one of my teachers called to inform me a classroom was flooding with water. When I arrived on campus, the water was not only coming out the classroom door but also under the wall. I called our plumbing service and we located the source of the water and got it stopped. My next call was Rainbow International. Mr. Barr came out within the hour. We looked at the amount of water on the floors of two classrooms. Unfortunately, the two classrooms were pre-kindergarten and kindergarten which means there were many area rugs, low shelves, etc. on the floor. However, Rainbow did an excellent job of clearing out the water, cleaning the rugs, and de-humidifying the rooms. An excellent job in a very timely and efficient manner.
Had these guys scheduled to come out to clean the carpets on my rent house. They had to reschedule the first time because of a bigger job that came up, which is a terrible excuse to tell a customer due to it making me feel like a low end customer. They said they would come out either Thursday or Friday morning. After not seeing them a call was made and they said they were sorry but they were still busy with the other job. Not once but twice I was cancelled on because of another "bigger job". I can only hope that posting this causes them to realize that us smaller and apparently less important customers add up when we aren't on their schedule at all.
Alan and the guys at Rainbow were professional from the start and did not disappoint! I was under a pretty big time crunch and Alan made my deadline on two projects! Can't say enough about the customer service! Would recommend them to any one!!
