Wow wow wow, if you haven't done a hot air balloon ride you have to get on that!! Rainbow Ryders in Phoenix is the way to go!! The staff were AMAZING!! Our pilot Andy Williams \(Handy Andy)\ and our entire flight team (Cooper, Joey, and Colin) man they worked so hard to make sure our flight was amazing and memorable! They were all seriously so GREAT!!! Not sure if you can request your pilot but if so ask for Andy!! I can't say enough good things about our flight team!! This was extremely memorable for me as I proposed to my girlfriend up in the sky!! We did the sunset ride, it was perfect!!! Thank you so so much Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Company and all your staff, you guys made this experience for myself and my fiance the best it could have been!! I ABSOLUTELY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My girlfriend an I were road tripping through New Mexico and decided to go Hot Air Ballooning. We were able to book the day before (possibly due to COVID-19) and it was so easy and they were very responsive when we called to inquire about booking and checked-in over the phone. We were both nervous and scared of heights but the staff did a great job at checking in with everyone throughout the flight. Our pilot was Alfred Salazar and he did a fantastic job. Has been doing it for years and was incredibly friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend Rainbow Ryders and Alfred!

Great experience! Everyone was very professional and friendly! I was completely comfortable throughout the entire trip. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and did it very efficiently. Our pilot Andy has a lot of experience flying and was friendly and informative throughout the trip. He had a good sense of humor and made it a fun experience all around!

I have wanted to go ballooning for so long and it never worked out. We were supposed to fly yesterday, but the wind was too much. We appreciated them keeping us safe and we were put on the list for the next day. We went with Rainbow Ryders this morning for sunrise and had an amazing flight! It is so peaceful up there! Super friendly, clean, took precautions to keep everyone safe from COVID with masks and temperatures being taken. Our pilot Jesse R was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. You celebrate the flight after you land with mimosas and get a flight certificate! We had a wonderful time and I will recommend it to everyone!
