New manager , jasmine , is very rude and disrespectful. Rude to all staff members. And fails to run store correctly
Sorry to say, nice place, but never cared much for this place. Some of their clothes are to wild and outlandish for my taste.. Never heard of brands, I usually have to get a larger size than normal because their clothing is cheap and not made as well as other stores clothing. Friendly and helpful staff.
I love shopping and rainbows rainbows have very good prices very great deals of variety of clothing and I give it five stars.
Very Disappointed.. it was 3 ( three) sales persons waiting on one person.. I'm standing in lines for over 6 minutes and its almost closing.. No one said to me.. we will be with you, or any acknowledgement.. I guess Rainbow don't care about there customers.. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! MY TIME IS VARIABLE ..PERIOD!!
Staff needs to be more respectful and have some class about themselves. Stop having conversations with your friends who are shopping around and you didnt even greet the person you are cashing out. Also whispering to your coworkers while helping customers is rude as hell. I could never treat a customer like that.
Store phone has been down for the past couple months, and still is. Sorry for the inconvenience! -friend of management
