The cashier I had today was super friendly! I will most definitely be returning. Even the other shop associate was nice as well. Thank you!

This has been the most awful retail experience I've ever had, and I most certainly won't be back! Employees verbally complain about maintaining the fitting room and even threatened to 'lock it', only one person was available to help with sizing and she was at the front of the store stocking, there is a maximum of 3 items allowed in the fitting room, despite this being a discount apparel store. I changed back into my clothes at least seven times in an attempt to try clothes on, because I needed to exit the fitting area to retrieve 3 items at a time. All the while the heat is on, or maybe the air was off, on a hot day. The manager on duty offered to hand me the clothes three at a time, but when I was ready to switch off she was nowhere to be found. The manager also treated me like a common criminal and requested an employee to 'check the fitting room' after my use as if I was stealing or wasn't bringing the clothing out of the fitting room. She watched over me closely and was rude when I asked her where to place clothing I didn't want. My intent was to come in and spend quite a bit on summer essentials for the family: denim shorts, plain shirts sun dresses, etc. I left prematurely because I was sweating bullets and didn't feel welcome at all. In summary, although polite, no one was offering any assistance but there seemed to be plenty of cynicism to go around. Fast fashion doesn't have to mean poor customer service. I'll be heading over to an Old Navy or a Gap for the rest of my needs.

Employees get off your phone what customers in the store and they need your help. They need a new buyer for the clothes. The clothes is getting cheaper looking. But some of the plays in this world as nice they put a too much clothes not enough space to walk.
