Firstly this store is so packed with racks so close it's nearly unshoppable. I walked in today and went to a rack just to browse the selection. I was told by the older hijab wearing attendant that that this isn't my size and plus size is over there" awkward.... ok so that means I can't browse other sizes? How would she even know who I was shopping for? As a sales associate you should never assume anything. I promptly left after that, and won't be returning.
Horrible experience. Went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Asked for a dressing room to try on the clothes and the lady refused to give me a dressing room, as she said it was closed. I left all of the clothes I was going to buy because I wanted to make sure they would fit properly. I went to the register to purchase a pair of sandals for my daughter and the lady didn't acknowledge me at all. She grabbed the shoes with the meanest look on her face, like I was bothering her and I said, nevermind. I felt as though I was disturbing her by purchasing something, so when I went to say nevermind, she grabbed the shoes roughlt an slammed them on the counter, while giving me a dirty look. She seemed to be the manager on duty. My husband and I were leaving the store. As we were leaving, I went back to see if my daughter dropped my phone. As I went back, I overheard both of them speaking about myself and mt husband in a nasty manner. I understand it was closing time, but I have years of experience in retail and have been a loyal customer to rainbow for years and NEVER had such a horrible experience. Never going back again. Definitely need new management.
