Please know that once you buy a rainbow vacuum cleaner it will not be serviced as promised when they sell it to you. I have been by the Rainbow service center in Austin Texas two times now and was assured they would be open and both times they were not. Also know if you call them 15 minutes prior to going to the shop, do not be surprised when they do not open the door.

I have had outstanding customer service from Samantha. When I could not receive help from another Rainbow employee, she went above and beyond. If you are planning to buy a Rainbow, I recommend dealing with Samantha.

Very personable and helpful! I took my rainbow in to be serviced. I was greeted at the door and offered breakfast while I waited for the technician. He was able to fix the problem in just a couple hours. I felt the pricing was fair and they taught me how to maintain my vacuum so it won't break again. They asked if I'd like to upgrade to a new machine, and didn't pressure when I said no. Great customer service!
