I work for a local Law Enforcement Agency in the area. I am a firearms instructor and had a new recruit officer who started for us. Due to the heavy snow and cold temps the range was closed. This could have slowed the process for the recruit by days. Instead we called Rainer Arms and they made it work for us. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The private range was perfect for 90% of what I needed to train on and the transition to the 25 yard range was smooth. I know the range I will use from here on out! Thanks again Rainier Arms!!

I've enjoyed rainier firearms a lot. They had very good prices on ammo and are just very friendly. However, I went in today and noticed a huge markup on ammo (price gouging?) If you're not a member. Members pay the same prices as the ammo was, but now non-members have to pay a significant amount more. Definitely makes me not want to go back.

As someone who goes to Rainier every week, I look forward to “range day” every week!! The staff, the instructors..... all the “people of the gun” are excellent! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience there. Our little town of Wichita is very blessed to have an indoor range of this caliber......a range totally dedicated to improving the safety of everyone with great instructors, awesome products, and a facility design that is second to none! I’m proud to do what little I can to “support your local gun store”!! Molon Labe!

I can’t say enough good things about this range and the staff that work there. The staff are helpful and friendly, but the one main quality is the knowledge that the staff possess about their products. Membership prices and what you get are stellar. Whether you are a new shooter or experienced pro, the staff are always making you feel like you are the most important customer there. I would also encourage women to engage with the staff and the range with their training program and also a female shooter friendly environment. If you are not sure of what to buy, then go to the well-stocked rental counter and ‘try before you buy’. But overall, safety is always paramount there without being shoved down your throat and making it overly oppressive. Instead they interact so that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Get to know the Rainier staff and range today!
