I was referred to rainwagon irrigation by a neighbor of mine that lives about a mile up from me who had their irrigation installed and maintained by Rainwagon. I talked to Lance and he seemed nice enough. The problem is his website says they serve all of Charlotte however after speaking to Lance he says the furthest he goes is Matthews. So the first issue is the website is false based on his conversation with me, yet at the same time my neighbor uses them. He stated to me he doesn't think it would be profitable to send trucks up here to do the work. I'm not sure how you could make that determination without looking. Seems to be a judgement based on location or my voice. I would think an over one acre property is profitable since you did my neighbors that's less than half that. Something is simply not on par here. I suggest caution.
