I set an appointment with Kory to check out a few of the newer Tucson's after letting him know what I was looking for in a car. Kory and Chad were extremely helpful in finding me different options to test drive. They took the time to understand my financial constraints and were flexible with offering different financing options. All-in-all, it took only about an hour to go through the process once I decided on my car. Kory and Chad were great and I highly recommend buying a car from here. The whole process was extremely smooth and the team here seems to really care about their customers.

Relatively easy and fast process. Unfortunately the car I purchased although generally well priced and in good condition was inaccurately noted as passing safety tests that it in fact did not pass. Since I did not realize the issue until after purchase and I will have to take care of the discrepancy myself. I would recommend them to seasoned buyers who know what to look for and how to communicate well with dealers, not so much to first timers like myself.

Low pressure sales (and no salesman went on the test drive, which was nice) and when it came time to go through the financial process they had included all costs, including the extended warranty, etc. Typically a customer gets taken into the tiny little room to sign a million forms and the payment gets higher and higher. I really appreciated having all of the costs shown to me up-front. I highly recommend Rairdon's Hyundai of Bellingham.
