The receptionist was very cold and unprofessional. I got the vibe that she didn’t want to wait on me . This place needs to hire someone else or at least training on how to speak to patients. Other than that the rest of the staff were very kind.

You know when you are desperate and scared, and the place you think could help has a cynical-entitled-receptionist who doesn't give af? I am a receptionist too, and I know the person answering the phone just feels entitled and doesn't care...and if she reads this, I am also a person who is scrapping by...don't take your frustration out on desperate people calling this medical office...even on my bad days I can still be there for people calling in at my office (I at least give a welcoming voice)...and maybe the receptionist's boss needs to understand basic protocol...this is a medical place for women, not a retail store....

Just called the woman who answered was beyond rude ! I needed help with first time in the area wanted to get Info . I will never go to a place like this she called me honey and was making a huffing noise. Worst service ever!!! Didnt know this was a abortion place I thought it was a obgyn place for services for prenatal care but could have hot clarified if the lady would have explained!!

Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in need of a abortion. However the manager crystal was rude and unprofessional. Someone like that does not need to be running a place where women needs comforting. The rest of the staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable kudos to them!!!!!!!!!

I was seen in this office yesterday. The wait was long but that was expected. They made me very comfortable my whole time there and I was even allowed to leave for an hour to get something light to eat because the doctored was running late (which was not a problem to me) after having a failed abortion at a Durham clinic (surgical) I was very scared that the same thing would happen again...but after getting in the room with the doctor and talking to the nurse she made me feel great! And the fact they use a ultrasound machine to make sure everything is good made me even more comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of this type of service! In my opinion if you not there for hours it’s not done right! I was in the Durham office all of 20 mins with the surgical abortion and found out this past weekend I was still 11weeks pregnant. This is not my name for privacy reasons BUT I am a real person that was seen in this location yesterday. Good luck to you all.
