1. Enough parking around - parked in a garage 2 min away for 3. 2. Friendly and COVID-mindful staff. Got great recommendations for our server. Reasonable fast service. 3. Truly delicious food. I ordered Crispy pork belly soup and it was not only extremely tasty, but also enough to bring back home. It was my first time trying Laotian food and I was amazed at how soft and at the same time flavorful it was. 4. I haven’t tried cocktails, but my friends did and the loved them. I got coke and was pleasantly surprised that it was bottomless :) 5. Coming back in two weeks.

Walked by and peeked in the window, considered going to the place next door but an employee (assuming the manager) said Bida Manda had better drinks. So we listened the the “sign” and walked in and sat at the bar. He was right, the drinks were GOOD and strong!! Bartender was very nice and social with us. We were about to pay for our drinks and leave but then the manager (same as mentioned before) came out with food! Free food! Just because we came into his restaurant instead of their competitors next door. So unexpected but extremely appreciative! It was delicious! We will be going back!!! Try this place! Good stuff inside!
Wow, what a fabulous dinner experience. I’m visiting from NY and this food competes with the best of the best. The service was also fabulous. The crispy pork belly soup, crispy rice lettuce wrap, and the lucky elephant (cocktail) stood out! Highly recommend all of those. Thank you!!
Reservations were a plus, for this dimly-lit, intimate downtown find! The menu offers a full array for all appetites. The cashew chicken did not disappoint, nor did the three appetizers for the table. The server as delightful and welcoming! Get the sampling of desserts if room allows. Love this place.
Awesome food, great service. Loved the Green Papaya salad. Added the sea bass. Delicious!!
