Tom and Karen are the greatest! They handled our loved ones estate from start to finish and top to bottom, literally from attic to the basement! They both far exceeded our expectations. They cleaned out the house and even cut the grass!! We were 3 states away and everything was handled with emails and phone calls. From our first contact Tom was amazing to work with, shortening his vacation trip in order to meet with us during the short time we were in town. Karen and Tom took on a very large Lionel train auction after my husband suddenly passed. Tom states it was probably the largest train auction of the year. It was broken up into 3 Separate auctions over a month due to size. Karen and Tom came to my house and took all the trains (well over a 600 trains) and stored them in their garage so I could show my house to sell. They did all the inventory and shipping. It would have been a huge burden for me and it was sentimental, so then taking them and posting for auction was extremely helpful. They provided the inventory list before each auction and a list of what sold and for how much they after each auction ended. A pleasure to deal with. I trusted them with my very valuable collection. I recently had Carolina Auction and Reality do three auctions for me. One for tools and equipment in my garage, one for Lionel trains and one for model cars. Tom and Karen were very knowledgeable; organized, and held the auction in a timely manner. I wouldn't have been able to do this by myself. I definitely recommend them.
