Scott is a true professional. Called in advance to say he was running fifteen minutes late. He did a great job servicing our 25 year Grandfather Clock (it had chimed at odd times and quit working altogether). He is very thorough, yet efficient in his approach. Our clock now is working perfectly. I highly recommend him!

I just moved to the area from PA and my biggest concern was my Holland Miller Grandfather Clock especially using a moving company. After the clock was set up I notice my clock was slow and sounding different. I got on the internet and started researching different companies and reading their reviews. The one that really stood out was CLOCK WISE!!! Plus hearing Scott message for his business, that he makes house calls on Wednesday’s I knew I found the perfect company! Scott was at my home before the appointment time which was definitely a plus! Just watching him handle each piece of my clock so gently and his knowledge of clocks speaks for itself! I was amazed with his work and was taught things about my clock I never knew. Scott’s a good teacher too! This is the place to go for clock repair! Great work, very fast, lowest price. Amazing service from very knowledgeable people. I walked in and was instantly helped. They had my antique french mantle clock tuned up and working right away. From there they took great care going through my clock and tweaking little things to make it run and sound even better. They even took the time to teach me about my clock and how showed me how to do the repairs. I had a lot of fun getting my clock repaired. Cost of service was very generous. I plan to use their services again and will recommend going to Clock Wise.
Scott serviced our grandfather clock. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was obviously very experienced with grandfather clocks. Ours had the movement replaced about 3 years ago (by someone else) but it had many problems that he had to solve. Good work! Thanks Scott.
I cannot say enough great things about Clock Wise! We had an issue with our cuckoo clock and I popped over on my lunch break to see if I could get an estimate and leave it to be fixed. Not even fifteen minutes later I was walking out with a perfectly fixed clock. They are awesome and absolutely recommend.
