I called to find storage and found a friendly voice at the other end of the line who was knowledgeable and quickly accessed several of the Extra Storage Space locations to confirm which had the size that would best suit my needs. They were able to easily identify the size I need after a brier description, and then I was linked with Capital Boulevard Extra Storage. Again, nothing but friendly folks who want to help and know what they are doing.

Initially I thought this was a good facility, but now I say do not rent here!! The roof has major leak issues. I relocated from a hurricane prone area to Raleigh. I now have to quickly find a new place to take my things because i do not want them destroyed by water damage. If you value your things do not rent here. Also the staff does not care. When I brought my concerns to the staff I was told \ maybe it won't leak over your unit\. Not acceptable. They knew there were leakage issues and they did not disclose that info.
Russell and Ray were unbelievably helpful for my search for the right storage space. After reserving a unit online, Russell spent some time on the phone with me discussing my options and went above and beyond to share information via phone call. Ray helped me and also went above and beyond when I visited the site to view my options in-person. She even helped me think thru how my items would fit into the spaces, and shared some best practices on how to safely move my fragile, glass items. Both were incredibly professional, warm and kind. Thank you Russell and Ray for your assistance.
Ray is very professional in customer satisfaction. I arrived from WDC and moved my daughter from her college dorm while needing a space. Ray made the move smooth as she assisted me on the telephone directing me there and she gave outstanding service when I arrived. The prices are affordable and the place is extremely clean. Thanks Ray for your outstanding service you are the kind of employee all businesses need.
