Great place to get your workout complete as a softball, baseball, or cricket player. Very accommodating in terms of schedule, availability, and space. The overall space has numerous cages that can be pulled back to provide a very large open space for drills and conditioning. Plan to bring your own equipment for baseball/softball, but that is a minor inconvenience for the amount of space you get for the price.
