From the very beginning, my experience with Jack and Vicki was positive. Vicki was very responsive and was able to get me an appointment fairly quickly. Jack arrived promptly (with great communication on his ETA) and fixed my couch within about an hour. He was quick, and also very friendly! The price was very fair. After an upsetting moving experience, it was so relieving to have my furniture back in great shape. I highly recommend Furniture Emergency!

Jack and Vicki were amazing to work with. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to remove our feather filled cushions and replace them with Dacron. At the consult, Jack thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions. The before and after pictures show the huge difference it made. We absolutely love our “new” couch. Jack and Vicki, owners of Furniture Emergency are a pleasure to work with. I appreciated their quick responses, follow ups and their appointment reminders. My one year old sofa and chair had sagging cushions. We could feel the frame when we sat on it. Jack replaced all the foam cushions in my family room sofa and chair with very high quality materials, similar to what is used in custom furniture. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this great business through a Google search, and I couldn't be happier that I did! My sofa recliner broke, and Jack fixed it within less than a half hour! He arrived early, was super friendly, and very eager to help. Finding someone that actually shows up at all these days is a challenge, let alone early. I look forward to giving him business again in the future.
