Brandon Thompson was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all efficient. He arrived at my home timely, wore a mask and social distance himself according. Great customer service. I give him 5 stars.

I hope I will be able to update this review if the problem is resolved. They were very kind and understanding on the phone, however, they did not offer a fair solution. Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. We were convinced by a very pushy salesman, who approached us in our driveway, that we would be provided the best pest control for less money than our current pest control company. We were assured that our issue with spiders would be resolved after the first treatment. We unfortunately believed the salesman, which I take full responsibility for, and signed a one year contract for quarterly pest control treatments. After each service, the issues got worse, I can only imagine because the chemicals drew out the spiders from their hiding places, but did not kill them. After several repeat services, we have continued to have issues including brown recluse spiders. Because I feel that we are not being provided the service we were assured of, I have now called twice and spoken to four different people including a supervisor to attempt to cancel our contract. I was offered a 30 credit for the "inconvenience" of being approached by a giant brown recluse this morning in my screened in porch. I was assured that because we are in a contract and they want to take care of us, they would send out a technician to make their best attempt to resolve the problem, which I do appreciate. However, when I asked what would happen if we refuse to make payment on our account, since our pests are not under control with a pest control company, I was told that they would send the bills to collections. If they can't control pests, what is the point, and why should I have to continue to pay? Because I signed a contract after being convinced by a pushy representative that this would be the best way to protect my family.

Jimmy did an amazing job! He texted me when he was on his way, he introduced himself when he arrived and asked me if I had trouble spots and he made me feel like I was his only customer for the day. If I am able to have a particular tech come service my house it would be him. Thank you Jimmy for your patience, time and attention to my property. Five star for sure!

Jimmy was absolutely awesome! He took care of what he could in spite of the gate being locked. He even explained that he would come back and complete the service. I didn't know that and he didn't have to tell me. His commitment to serving us and his integrity for letting us know was great. Thanks Jimmy! You're great!

I had a terrible experience with a salesperson about a week ago. A young man, without a mask, during a pandemic rolled up to my doorstep. He rang the doorbell at 7:33PM according to the camera footage. He blatantly ignored the NO SOLICITING sign adjacent to the doorbell, which is designed to prevent exactly this issue. He waited another minute before additionally knocking on my door, even closer to the NO SOLICITING sign. Not only did I immediately tell him to get back from the doorstep after answering the door, but as he was leaving I asked what company he was with and he said 'Captive'. It was only after checking the company logo on the white polo he was wearing that I saw it said 'hawx' on the sleeve. Between the lack of professional safety, the inability to read, pestering me in the evening, and then lying about who he represented... if I ever decide to get pest control, he has absolutely ensured that it will not be with "hawx". - Joseph

Jimmy arrived on the allotted time frame for the initial service, answered my questions, took care of some paperwork with me and listened to me when I pointed out some hot spots around the house. He went about his business then answered more of my questions when he was finishing up and getting ready to go. I dumped HomeTeam for Hawx, and I hope the change leads to a better level of service than what I was getting with the former.

I'd strongly avoid using Hawx if at all possible. I had my first service but neither technician was wearing a mask inside my home (I had two, as one was training the other). I've noticed a few others have commented the same about this company. I was on a conference call in my home office and both technicians entered the office space with no mask. I called to make a comment to the office staff as a reminder to their technicians- but was essentially left on hold and transferred around to multiple people for 30 minutes, and was still left with paying for the service today- and ultimately, decided to cancel my contract with the company.

First service was made the next day after signing the agreement! Fast & brilliant, plus had another man coming over right after the appointment for quality control check. Awesome job guys! Highly recommend
