I recently completed my broker pre-licensing course with instructor Shannon Lashley and cannot say enough amazing things about her! Shannon truly goes above and beyond to teach her students and prepare them to be successful real estate agents. I passed the exam on my first time thanks to her instruction and guidance. She made the online zoom classes interesting and engaging and the curriculum was excellent. Thanks Shannon! Edit: No response from the school when I inquired about broker post-licensing. It would be nice if they offered a discount for returning students or a bundle like the other schools do. A little disappointed.

I haven’t even started the class yet and already highly DO NOT recommend... go to Fonville Morisey. They’re amazing. Notice how all of the decent reviews are from years ago... this place has gone way downhill apparently. They don’t care about their students, just their money. Go somewhere else, there’s plenty of options. I had my money refunded for TWO classes I was going to take through them. Going back to Fonville... where they care about TEACHING.

They just want your money. They want you to keep paying for the same class and they don't help you at all. Teachers let you know they are the best and you might not make it. Very disappointed .

I'm really happy I went with HPW Real Estate School. Jim Ruehle is an AWESOME instructor!!! He truly cares about his students and puts in a TON of effort inside and outside of the classroom to ensure his students succeed. Highly recommend!

The instructor was horrible and made inappropriate references. The advertisement said we would get books included with tuition. We did not receive books. We received a link to a print protected version of the book. The book can't be printed and even if it could, they took it for granted that people had the ability to print the book. And did I mention that the teacher was horrible.
