Icy Hot is a great company. I really appreciate Frankie and his team working on our heating and cooling units at our house. Craig just finished up the semi-annual preventative maintenance here at our house. In addition to great service, Icy Hot technicians are always prompt and arrive when they are scheduled to. Plus Icy Hot will send a reminder that they are planning on performing maintenance a number of weeks in advance allowing for proper scheduling which I think is a measure of a great business. Communication is key and I value that working with Icy Hot. Knowing that our heating and cooling systems are in working order and ready for either the Summer months or Winter months of North Carolina is very reassuring. Thank you all for the great service.

Frank and the team at Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. have been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and overly communicative, which is greatly appreciated. They offered pictures and step-by-step explanations of what they were going to do, why they were going to do it, and when it would be done. I had an ancient air-handler that they helped me preserve until I was ready to replace it. They took time to understand the situation we were in and helped us come up with a plan of action instead of forcing the up-sell on the spot. When I was ready to replace the air-handler, of course I called Frank and team! Amazing and courteous customer service. Would highly recommend.
