I went in to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max repaired they quoted me 220.00 I said that sounds good once I received my phone back automatically noticed the quality of resolution was horrible like really really bad not until I pointed this out did they let me know they had gave me knock off screen and I wanted the real screen back it would be a extra 150.00 on top of the 220 I had already paid. Very sketchy business practices and even after paying a total of 370.00 for screen it was the genuine screen and now have pop up that keeps coming up on my phone letting me know it’s not a genuine screen on the phone. STAY AWAY JUST GO TO APPLE INSTEAD.

Apple told us that my son's iPhone 8 , which was not charging, needed the motherboard replaced. Since we were in that Crabtree Mall, took a chance going to iFix and Repair. The tech politely told us he had to finish the phone he was working on and then he would check out the phone. We sat down while we waited for him to look at the phone.. 10 min later he confirmed that we knew that the screen was already cracked and that he was going to try to changing the charging port to see if that was the issue. 20 min later we had a repaired phone (45tax) vs the 350 Apple was going to charge to replace the motherboard! We were very happy and recommend iFix and Repair

Brought my Galaxy S7 to fix a jammed up sim card slot. Came back 20 minutes later and the entire back glass was shattered and destroyed. Instead of apologizing and just giving me the sim card repair for free and fixing the back, they immediately quoted me 25 dollars for the sim card "diagnostic" charge. They then informed me that they needed to order a new back plate and it would be 3-5 business days but that they would fix the back for free. Ok cool but if I owned a business and I screwed up that bad, I'd just waive all charges all together. Especially for such a petty 25 dollar diagnostic charge. They wanted the 25 bucks up front but I talked them into letting me just pay everything when my phone was completely fixed.
