I love everything about these apartments!!! From their staff, to how big the apartments are, and how safe I feel, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a nice place to live that feels like home. Also, Blake in the office is amazing!! He’s so helpful and kind!! It definitely made me feel like I made the best choice!!

I usually do not review things, but I have been so happy living at Logan & Chamberlain I feel the need to share. I love my apartment: whenever anyone comes over their first words are “wow it’s so big!” Even my parents are jealous of my spacious kitchen. Everything is so nice, and I have no complaints. The staff are kind, and all of them know me by name and are willing to help me tackle any problem I face (which admittedly hasn’t been a lot because I haven’t run into any serious issues). I am on the first floor, and I love being able to walk outside and grill burgers or play ping pong with my roommates. I would tell anyone to consider at least taking a tour of the property to see if you like it. I know I do!

Being a transfer student to NC State, finding a place that was not only affordable and safe but also welcoming was essential. Logan and Chamberlain has been a phenomenal experience. With a wide variety of comfortable, flexible, and open floor plans to choose from, there is a great selection for various budgets. Their properties are stunning, fully furnished, and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff at Logan and Chamberlain are some of the most friendly, considerate, and helpful people I have ever met. Knowing the building is new construction, the staff and workers have been incredibly helpful with any request, need, or emergency. I would highly recommend living at Logan and Chamberlain to anyone seeking a community that truly embodies both service and luxury.
Living at Logan & Chamberlain has been amazing. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! It is definitely luxury student living, in the most perfect location. Although there are competitors in the area, Logan & Chamberlain has set the bar really high with its amenities, room furnishings, floor plan options, and their WONDERFUL staff! The office staff are all so friendly and helpful, I have not had an issue yet with anything! Would definitely recommend!
