I only had 1 1/2 hours to get in and get out and was worried I wouldn't have enough time knowing the way most urgent cares are. The waiting room was pretty full and I was in and out in 35 minutes. They do a great job!

Dr. Samia and his staff were very attentive, caring, and professional. He was very easy to get into contact with, and the convenience of the office made it that much easier. Great Staff, and Excellent doctor! I have been a client of Medfirst since 2008. I never had a bad experience there. I did several vaccinations there as well as my yearly routine checkups. It is my go to place every time i got sick. I always knew i will be greeted with warm smiles and a knowledgeable staff. They always offered to educate me on every procedure i was doing. They take very good care of their patients as if they were family. Kudos to Dr. Samia and his wonderful team!

I came into this office to await testing. I asked the receptionist how long it would be because I needed to go. She replies that I am next in line. A gentleman walks in behind me, has to fill out paperwork but is seen before me. Yet, here i am still waiting to be seen. The receptionist is rude and needs to be brought down a peg. I’m sure the doctor is a very caring person but his front desk staff is horrible. Update as of 10/14/2020 after owner irrelevant response was posted to my review....PLEASE SIR/MA'AM, WHOMEVER YOU ARE , READ WHAT THE COMPLAINT IS ABOUT. Clearly common sense would tell you it is about the service received from your RECEPTIONIST and not having to wait to be tested. Reading is fundamental, and I still meant what I said. She is horrible, and her attitude towards people makes your office look bad. I stand by what I said. It was the absolute most horrible testing experience I've ever had.
