My dear father in law was transferred here by ambulance from a rural Hospital because his heart condition was so serious. Once here he received excellent care from the doctors nurses CNAs. They even set up after care and dietitians to come to the house to help manage the heart condition. While the family was there with him the nurses took such great care of us as well. They offer free valet parking. If you do decide to park yourself there is a gentleman and a golf cart who will take you to the door every one of your needs are anticipated and taking care of before you even realize you need it it was nice. The whole situation was scary and stressful but being here in this beautiful facility really helped bring a spirit of peace to us and the care was incredible I would recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experiencie. FIrst of all. Front desk told me she has records from my doctor family. They didnt have the copy of the EKG. Then, the nurse was really rude and the doctor was in a hurry , do not take time to explain enough. When I left I was told I was ready to go , but they needed to shedule an appointment for an Stress Eco. I called 1 m onth later to figure out what happened and then they realized they never contacted me to schedule or follow up the test needed to get done. Plus I received a bill of 421 for the terrible service. A 100% business with no care about their patients and their well being. Shame.....

My fiancé came for a consult with cardiologist that asked us to schedule with him to follow up his heart condition they discovered in the hospital. He scheduled on a day off specifically that we both have so I can accompany him and at NO point in any conversation, correspondence or confirmation does it say you are not allowed to have someone accompany you. I completely understand the new Covid rules which I’m assuming is why I was asked to wait outside but it wasn’t explained. I asked, as a worried spouse could I accompany him and the rude lady Traci would not make any eye contact with me only would speak to my fiancé and said “worried spouses” can wait on the second floor and listen on the phone. I guess she thinks it was cute to continue calling me “worried spouse” because she said it at least once or twice more like I wasn’t there. As someone who works in healthcare I did not want to make a scene or upset my fiancé who has a heart condition so I did as I was told. This statement is to serve as a warning to please check with the Office prior to arranging your schedule for this or better yet find an office with empathetic staff. Traci clearly hates her job because although her mask covered most her face I could tell she had empty sad eyes and very much needs a hug One day soon. I feel bad for others who work with her and I hope we never have to deal with her again.

Had an amazing experience last July at NC Heart and Vascular. From the moment I checked in until leaving a week later I had a great experience. Dr Anderson and his staff are phenomenal!

During my stay, I received excellent care from everyone involved. The nurses and operating room staff were all very courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thank you, staff.
