I went in for curbside pick up. I was stuck outside waiting for 10 minutes. There were no obvious signs about where to pick up items so I pulled in front of the store. When I called to tell them I was there and I was immediately put on hold where I stayed for 10 minutes outside in the car in 85 degree heat with a 3 year old. I couldn't go in as I had no mask for my child. I kept asking people that were going in to ask what was up and tell them I was there. It must have worked because eventually a man came out with his mask not covering his nose to tell me I had been mistaken as I had not been on hold. I then showed him my phone where I was still very much on hold. Then he told me I parked in the wrong area for a pick up. Apparently there were tiny signs that you can only see if you are parked there telling you to park there. I asked for my item. He never told me why I was on hold for 10 minutes or acknowledged any error had been made.

The cashier was going to charge me 150 for an item that was listed on their website for 100. Good thing I knew the price, otherwise I would have overspent. Check your prices before you buy.
