Love the store! However, I’ve been finding REI really needs to work on training their employees more effectively. It’s really hard to check out in a timely manner at this REI and a few others I’ve been to. It’s a bigger problem that needs attention ASAP

Great employee owned company. Large selection of outdoors gear, equipment and supplies. A typically large price to go along with it, but you'll find similar prices elsewhere. Overall a great company and products.

We went in today to get some info about bike accessories and car mounted racks. Derek was extremely helpful with brand recommendations and guided us through finding the right size! He even recommended an app that helps us find greenway trails. Great experience!
