I went to Sherrills to get my hair cut and styled for an upcoming event, upon entering the school i was greeted with a young lady that appeared to be in charge I told her i wanted a really nice hair style for my daughters wedding and she said no problem we will take good care of me. I had to wait about an hour before someone could get to me because the night students did not star service until 6:00pm, It was well worth the wait!!! The student was very polite and the Instructor was very helpful and always came by to check on the student. My over all experience was very good and i will return to Sherrll's for for future service.

Took my neice to get her hair braided, lots of students there. I will be honest when they gave me an Hispanic young lady I was not happy, what did she know about braiding my African American niece's hair? I scolded myself for thinking this way, I gave her the benifit of the doubt. I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the job she did, so much so that she will do it again in 2 weeks! Thanks Scarlyn for the amazing job you did on my niece's hair!!! We didn't have to wait long and everyone was so nice! Donna
Avoid this place!!!!!!! .. I came their and they gave me a Hispanic lady to wash, flat iron my hair .. My hair was in a ponytail .. I went there they said I needed my ends trimmed so I said ok.. they said trim not chop!!!!! When I got home with my flat ironed hair .. I tried to put it back it a ponytail.. I wasn't able to.. when I noticed that Hispanic lady cut my hair father up my neck and there was no possible way of having it in a ponytail for the first day of school.. I noticed that when I was in the chair her hands were shaking the home time .. she was nervous and so was I.. my hair was long and now it's really short ... I'M WARNING YOU FOR YOU AND YOUR HAIRS SAKE .. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

worst experince of my life with any salon !!! i called in an hour before i went to the shop just to make sure they knew how to do a simple FRENCH BRAID...i get to the shop they had to ask four different ppl if they knew how to do french braid..they \fouded\ someone i get inher chair after she washes my hair ..then she tells me she cant do it..mind you..i informed them i had somewhere to be by a certin time.. i was n the shop for almost an hour..with a wet head..i got sick of waiting and left with a wet head !! lets not talk about tbe customer service!!save ur money go elsewhere!!!
