I was so pleased to find The Fire House after searching long and hard for Green Egg suppliers. The receptionist was delightful and so helpful, and Randy gave me red carpet treatment with my complex order. He gave me a timeframe on a couple of parts that are back ordered and let me know he would keep me up to date on any changes. Nice. The store is a wonderful place to visit but you will want to buy everything!
I bought a patio table and chairs from Fire House Casual Living store 15 years ago. I still am very happy with the set. They have sat out all year, through summer and winter. I just recently had to replace the \slings\ of the chairs. The staff were wonderful to work with. They ordered the material and made arrangements for the repair to be done. I will hopefully get another 15 years of service from them. In addition, several years ago I made arrangements to purchase a gas fireplace insert for a client at Fire House Casual. Then, too they were very helpful.
Our purchase experience with the Raleigh Fire House Casual very positive . From the initial encounter with Emma and the sales team who provided both excellent product knowledge to the professional delivery service of Nelson and Fred. The entire team at FH Casual worked hard to meet our needs in a friendly and helpful manner. Great to have such a fine local business serving the Triangle.
We recently purchased a set of outside furniture for my home in Fayetteville from Fire House Casual Living and I was honestly impressed. It seems today people want to either pressure you for an immediate sale or ignore you in the store--I found neither of these here. Randy listened to us, took nearly an hour showing us a variety of styles and let us make a no pressure choice. We even asked to have some of the furniture we wanted brought in so we could make a side by side comparison in person (he had it shipped in the next week and made time to again walk us through the furniture, choices, and styles). Then to top it off, our pool construction has been delayed, but we still wanted a portion of what we paid for immediately (and the rest delivered when the construction is finished)--Randy never missed a beat and accommodated this request (without trying to charge extra). Great store, highly recommend, and will be back when we want to add to our furniture! The picture is of our Adirondack Rocker in our courtyard, we are enjoying sipping white wine and drinking coffee to the sunsets here in North Carolina! We can't wait to see the rest or our purchase next to our pool at the next family party!
