I was so happy to see fans in the dressing rooms! I can't tell you how many times I have left a store because it is miserable trying on clothes!!! I popped in today to buy a light shirt to replace the sweater I had on. Thank you for the instant relief.

I love Torrid but on my last visit the woman who was working that day made me feel so uncomfortable as a shopper. She was trying to help but she would not let me look at the bras by myself and keep shooing my back if I came near what I wanted to look at even though I was following social distancing

I got my wedding dress and accessories from here! I've never shopped here before, but when I was online looking for simple dresses I came across the store. They have great sales, and great styles. Needless to say I'm in love lol. The dress is super comfortable. Not only do they have great clothes, but great associates as well! Because I've never worn anything from here, I went in to try on something so I could make sure I ordered the right size. I showed the associate the pic and she picked out an article for me to try on the hard a similar top fitting.

Workers are super helpful and just let people shop (they don't hover around customers, or ask if you need help a million times). The clothes are great. COVID-19 precautions are spot-on.

I was run out of the store as soon as I walked in. An employee approached me saying that I needed to pull my mask up even tho it was already on the bridge of my nose. She did this while other employees were walking around with their maskes below their noses. It would be different if she asked politely, but she was extremely rude and yelling at me and my friends. I have always been a frequent shopper at Torrid and this makes me not want to return.

I love Torrid, my local Torrid in Spotsylvania, VA is AMAZING. Love them so much, however I stopped at the Raleigh location while traveling to the beach to look for some clothing items; and I felt as though the associates had an attitude and also had absolutely no interest in helping me find clothing that fit my size. Everything was a size 3 or less and I could not find any 4 or 5 size clothes. This location should represent inclusivity for various body shapes and sizes and I felt like I was being body shamed in a store that is supposed to stand for plus sized women, when I asked about sizes they firmly said what is on their floor is what they have. While this is understandable the associate showed no interest in further assisting and went back to stocking the shelves. I have never felt this way in any other Torrid except this one. I felt so uninspired, and bad about myself that I left because I wasn't in a positive mood to shop anymore, and it honestly ruined one of my few days of vacation.
