What a find - loved the atmosphere, food, service; super delicious and authentic. Yemen food is awesome. I had their breakfast dishes, one with hot peppers another mild, both amazing, well balanced, a foodie's paradise. Love their hot sweet tea with mint. Super clean. Highly recommend!

A very authentic Yemeni restaurant where you experience the whole journey of Yemeni hospitality. The decor and seating area is spacious and comfy. The food is very delicious and they compliment their guests with hot lamb soup. The salad dressing is very fresh when combined with iceberg lettuce and slices of cucumber & Tomatoes. My favorite dish there is charcoaled chicken with cucumber and yogurt Salad. And please do not hesitate to order their mango juice or lemon and mint juice. It is a must go to restaurant in Durham, North Carolina.
The food is a hit or a miss depending on who is cooking that day. I drove for one hour just to have a decent breakfast. I come at 11 am, which is the time that they are supposed to be open, and the lady tells me, sorry we are closed. We won’t open until after 12pm because the cook isn’t here and is asleep. What a great way to run a business. Might as well close the place down.
Delicious food. I went yesterday evening (4/2/2021) and I found the food to be beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The running woman running the restaurant was incredible— so genuinely kind and hospitable. Highly recommend.
Awesome and super friendly staff and service made sure everything as ordered and the food was very delicious and authentic. Lamyaa was our server and she did an excellent job. Will absolutely come again & I truly recommend it.
Food was amazing I never had such soft meat before. I loved it. Lamia is the best and she is very helpful.
Taste and quality of food: Lamb: 4/5, Chicken: 2/5, Sweet: 3/5 SERVICE: 0/5 ZERO Price: 3/5 No greeting from hostess, moreover, we asked a couple of questions about the menu and we only got short cold meaningless answers. She doesn’t seem to be interested in selling anything even the place was empty. We were interested in more things in the menu but we stopped due to the attitude. Although the lamb tasted good, I am disgusted by the poor service, therefore, I am not coming back and I am not recommending that place to anyone. When these people are going to learn that good customer service is important for business sustainability and growth!!!!! Gave a 1 star because the lamb tasted good otherwise this place deserves a zero. I agree with other ratings about the poor service.
Amazing food! we travel for living always looking for good food. probably one of the best Yemeni food we had in the States. Lamia was kind and extremly quick, will 100% come back when in Raleigh amd really can recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars for real
