This is one place that I would love to give 1 star and tell everyone its terrible... because it's so awesome I want it for myself! Great inventory, wonderful and friendly staff!

One of the most well stocked game stores I've found out here. Very friendly and helpful.

Great game store. Great family run business that genuinely cares about the customer. Prices seem a bit high to me compared to price charting prices, but a great selection available and constantly cycling inventory. I'll always stop here whenever I visit Omaha.

Ben and his amazing team provide the classic and nostalgic experience of a mom and pop video game and movie store from the late 80’s and early 90’s! Ben takes his mission to provide amazing customer service personally and his pride in his small business is apparent in every aspect of the customer experience in his store. Constantly rotating stock of everything from Atari to Xbox and VHS to Blu-ray will have you wandering the isles filled with nostalgia and joy! Do not miss a chance to enjoy Ben’s Game Zone!

This is one of the best game/media stores I’ve ever been to. They provide the attention to detail that you rarely, if ever, get from Big Boxes. The stock is regularly updated and catered both to the collector and the casual gamer. The staff is friendly and obviously passionate (the first time I went here, Ben himself talked with me at length about the merits of Vectorman on Genesis). The prices are very fair. They will not gouge you (ex. their coronavirus-era Switch prices are their normal used Switch prices). They price games appropriately based not only on rarity but on condition. The store is very well-organized and clean. They even have a fun mini arcade in the back! So cool. I’ve made this a regular stop (almost weekly lol) because even in the unlikely event I don’t find something I want (or NEED lol) I know I’ll be in for some friendly and fun conversation.
