Probably the best ramen I've had in the city if not ever (so far). I had the \New Tokyo Shio Ramen\ and each piece was perfect. The broth was rich, the chashu was just the right thickness, doneness and fattiness, and the noodles were cooked to perfection so they had that elusive bounciness that tends to get cooked out, especially in thin straight noodles. I also really enjoyed the simplicity of the dish. Not too many ingredients so you really get to enjoy the ones present without them being drowned out. The service was quick and polite in a fittingly minimalist store. All in all highly recommended. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other dishes.
We love going out. Last night we arrived in this excellent place which friends told us about. We had a lovely time there with exceptional cooking and a well-trained team and a great chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will definitely come back soon. Highly recommended.
Delicious ramen and potato salad. Pork and broth were amazing. Cute venue as well. Highly recommend.
So good! Ordered the spicy tofu mushroom ramen and it was rich and creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with added greens to keep it feeling fresh. I'm already daydreaming about when I'll get the chance to eat here again! Looking forward to trying other veg options next time.
