The crew member who came out to my place was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very willing to answer my questions regarding the truck and equipment used to deliver the propane and fill the tank. The service was provided well within the time frame originally discussed on the phone when I placed my order. I would definitely recommend AmeriGas to anyone who needs or uses propane. Thanks for the great customer service! I wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

Amerigas was a good company until they decided to switch there customer service line. Why say your business is open and dont let any customers in. Also 90 min wait times over the phone thats ridiculous. No gas or refill service for a month in Ramona winter thats very bad customer service. I shouldnt have to chase one of your trucks down to get my tank filled.Get your act together or other gas companies are going to get your business.
If you're moving to ramona look for a different provider. Definitely not worth it
We had several cars plus the gardener's truck in the way. The driver turned that big truck around and backed around all the obstacles. Very impressive.
Amerigas will not drop a tank for you if they deam your not going to spend enough money per month. It's not about customer service or providing a service for family's in a residency, its about money. Unless your going to burn your propane at their rate to satisfy their GREED! Stay away from this company!
