We’ve used ACE Solid Waste for several years now, and they’re always so helpful. There’s been times we forgot to roll our trash bin out, and our driver was SO kind and wheeled it out for us on collection mornings. He went out of his way more times than I’d like to admit. Sue is a great receptionist, very patient on the phone as I have priced out different options for trash removal. We have really come to value and appreciate ACE, especially as we do more home and yard projects, and our service needs continue to expand.

Excellent and efficient service from the drivers. The customer service team is very friendly, professional and helpful. They offer very competitive prices. Their office is very clean and organized. Safety and integrity are their core operating values.
We have only been with ACE for about 1 1/2 years, but have been very pleased with the service. Even though we have a trash compactor and do not usually need a large (regular?) can, Ace charges the same as our previous trash/recycling company did with a smaller container. Just today, I finally called the office to ask for an updated schedule/calendar. The office manager was very pleasant and e-mailed it to me promptly. She also took the time to answer a couple extra questions I had about Garbage Can or Recycle items. I'm impressed:)
We moved to MN in Feb 2020 and have no complaints. Service is on time and friendly. They are very responsive by email when I have had questions about pick up days or other services. The website provides a lot of information and it was the best for the money when we signed up!
