This is review about Evan in the Ramsey, NJ store #401. The best customer service I have had in a long time. I had been tracking a bedding set that went out of stock in a while. I got the “back in stock” email a couple of days ago, but I still had a lot of trouble placing the order. It took me 30 mins to call the 1-800 number, and it wasn’t helpful. Then, I call the 2 Paramus stores just to be put on hold forever and be told that it couldn’t be order. I was determined, so I tried the last store on the list (with not much hope) and that’s when Evan picked up. He was so helpful, straight forward and easy that I was almost skeptical that I was placing the right order, but YES, my order went through and he was super courteous. Im so happy about it, and in gloomy quarantine times like this I appreciate little wins like this even more. I’m in love!! Thank you, Evan!

I went the other day and was helped by a floor worker who really cared and tried really hard to find the item I wanted. Even though they didn’t have what I needed, I really appreciated the friendliness of the floor worker. I believe his name was Lucas!
